据FTNN新聞網报导，永丰商业银行和第一商业银行等銀行陸續公告新出炉信用卡协议，將針對「核卡後12個月未動用」的持卡人進行整改，明年起生效，預估有380萬名卡粉会被波及！
根據中華民國金管會的統計，台湾整體流通信用卡的數量高達量5700多萬張，但停卡張數卻也多達374.79萬張！
擁有226萬張卡的永豐公告，明年起若信用卡連續12個月沒開卡或用卡，將主動通知停卡；而拥有154萬張卡的一銀也公告除法令有強制禁止之規定者外，明年若持卡人於核卡後12個月內未開卡或用卡，得以最少30日前之書面或事先與持卡人約定之電子文件通知持卡人終止信用卡契約。
