苹果将iPhone系列转向USB-C，却让广受欢迎的AirPods Pro仍然使用Lightning充电接口，这有点奇怪。不出所料，事实并非如此：今天，苹果宣布AirPods Pro将配备USB-C充电盒。这样，购买新款iPhone 15的用户就可以使用同一根电缆为两款设备充电。在演示中，苹果还表示你也可以用iPhone给AirPods充电。
除了充电盒外，这些仍然是同样出色的第二代AirPods Pro，而且它们很快将获得新的软件功能，如自适应音频、对话感知等等。不幸的是，你必须等到iPhone 15的9月22日发布日期才能购买它们，而且似乎USB-C充电盒不可单独购买，对于那些已经拥有的用户来说有点可惜。
AirPods转向USB-C是苹果逐渐接受这种连接器的一部分，之前已经在Mac、iPad、iPhone甚至像Apple TV 4K的遥控器这样的配件上实现了。在演示中，苹果还宣布推出了一款包含USB-C接口的改良版有线EarPods。
可是，尽管苹果的耳机正在进行这一改变，但对于普通版AirPods或AirPods Max耳机来说，情况并非如此。苹果没有提到这些设备的USB-C版本，而有传言表明这两款产品可能会在明年进行更新。
