苹果官方于7月28日发邮件通知开发者：
根据中国政府的命令,您的应用程序将无法在中国应用商店上架,因为其中包含的内容在中国是非法的。中国政府一直在收紧与深度合成技术(DST) 和生成式人工智能服务(包括 ChatGPT)相关的法规。DST 必须满足在中国运营的许可要求,包括获得工业和信息化部 (MIIT) 颁发的许可证。根据我们的审查,您的应用程序与 ChatGPT 相关联,而ChatGPT 没有在中国运营的必要许可。
虽然该应用在国区App Store中已下架，但其在外区App Store的依然可用，而且之前在国区App Store使用国区Apple ID下载过此软件的用户，可在Apple ID的“已购项目”内继续下载及使用。
