据报道，《星球大战》Disney+系列仅前期制作支出就花费了492 万美元，比《侠盗一号》的前期制作预算（4370 万美元）多出 550 万美元。
与另一部《星球大战》电影相比，迪士尼在《星球大战：最后的绝地武士》的前期制作成本上只多花费了17%，继《星球大战：原力觉醒》取得巨大成功后，《星球大战：最后的绝地武士》被迪士尼视为必然大受欢迎。
即将上线的《骨干兵团》目前保持着最昂贵的《星球大战》流媒体剧集记录，据报道预算为 1.36 亿美元。
《安多》的衍生剧集的前期制作预算比《侍者》的前期制作预算高出很多（38%）； 然而，这在很大程度上可能归因于该项目是在新冠疫情最严重的时期拍摄的，以及随之而来的所有预防措施。
虽然尚未透露，但这一前期制作支出可能表明《侍者》的总体预算将非常庞大。
