OpenAI大部分员工跳槽至谷歌，因为老板“不懂行”

德国广播公司报道称，OpenAI的大批员工正在跳槽到谷歌。一些员工在6月底已经辞职并与谷歌签订了合同，其他人将在未来几天跟进。

员工表示，他们对ChatGPT自毁前程的发展以及自2022年12月以来员工人数从约100人快速增长到600人感到不满。员工们还表示，OpenAI的CEO萨姆·奥尔特曼只是“肤浅地了解一点点AI知识”且没有过多参与日常工作和运营。

德国广播公司还报道，对人工智能存在安全风险的批评以及对AI进行相关监管的呼吁只是政治家们表演的政治戏剧，不用当真。
