尚气的十环和惊奇少女的手镯是多元宇宙以前的遗物，也是武器。
康议会想要报复蚁人和他的家人，并杀死珍妮特。
电影以多元宇宙和康议会的崩塌结束，康作为超越者回归，融合多个宇宙合并成斗界宇宙。

奇异博士和克莉来到斗界宇宙，召集复仇者们与超越者战斗，地球838的光照会是创造奥创的人，小罗伯特唐尼以地球-838（该宇宙正是《奇异博士2》奇异博士与美国小姐穿越的宇宙)中的究极钢铁侠的身份回归，他密谋为自己窃取超越者的力量。
最终引发一场大规模的战斗，来自多元宇宙的英雄们响应号召，迎战超越者。
以MCU之前的演员为主，包括曾经出演过MCU以外角色的老演员回归：休叔金刚狼、RR死侍、托比蜘蛛侠、加菲蜘蛛侠、老年X教授、老年万磁王、哈莉贝瑞风暴女、法米克詹森凤凰女、尼古拉斯凯奇恶灵骑士。
